The one I got is from the set in link below. I was able to just buy Bullet Bill by itself from Hot Toys store in local mall..
Toy R Us got a whole set for 25$ but I was only interested Bullet Bill :)

if that is the plastic one, the ralliart part will start to fade away if you put it on your ralliart.

Hmm... well that kind of sucks. I'm not sure what it is. I just thought it looked nice. I could always just take off the ralliart part of it if it starts to look ugly, maybe even cover it up with a sticker or something.

Just got it in, it is indeed plastic. Faux CF. Still looks pretty cool though :P pretty much how it looks in the picture, has the holographic cf look to it.

I'm not too concerned about the ralliart bit fading away, when it does, I'll just cover it up with something or paint it back on.

Was only $20 anyways :P
