The shear logistics of doing a swap on such a relatively new car doesn't make any sense at all IMO. sourcing transmission, peddle assembly, cables not to mention it may or may not interfere with the ecm not seeing the required inputs from the sst.
Certainly not saying it can't be done cause actually that would be awesome. But wouldn't you kinda rather have a used GSR instead?
I love my Ralliart but I'd rather sell it and buy a GSR if I need/wanted a manual that bad. Just MO. If you or someone else still wanna tackle it, then I'd love to see it happen!

the SST tranny is stopping me buying a ralliart. don't want an evo either, a sportback ralliart 5 speed or a WRX, which will prolly be my next car, price difference of a couple of G's = mod money!!
Go lease the wrx.
RA SB isnt going to be 5spd clutch pedal H-Pattern anytime soon.

Manual transmissions are fun, right up to the point you fry the clutch, drive in stop&go traffic, or want both hands free.
The SST transmission is an amazing piece of technology.
If you have not driven one, or ridden in one, I would suggest trying that first before you discount it.
With a few simple mods, the RA is a great car, throw it into Sport Mode and drive around a bit, you might be impressed.
