It will not fit the RA. You can go with either the AMS, UR, or a drop in.

They (RRM) are friends next door but dont know anything about how a 09+ RalliArt works. I let them work on non-turbo Lancers and other make projects we get involved with. Rob Tallini the owner there drives our all out race cars. But I dont recommend that intake. Physically it may fit, dont use it. If you want a scetchy short ram to make noise, just rig a 3" cheapie filter on. But they (short ram intakes) will mess with your tuning.
