So my 03' bby evo VIII was going to need allot of expensive work & I was still upside down on the loan. I got top-dollar trade & into this for 20k, w/ tax & everything (including whatever negative equity was left after trade-in allowance) ended up 30k out-the door instead of over 35k & so far loving every drive in it!

Nice choice. You'll like the creature comforts that you couldn't get in the Evo, but may miss the visceral feedback. It'll be interesting to hear what you have to say after a few weeks of driving the RA. compared to your Evo.

u got the wrong tailights, those come on the gts and evo u should of gotten tailights that have a black background? weird

That was on purpose, the ricer looking units were swapped w/ evo X lenses by the performance shop the helped get the awesome financing deal. They will also add some custom work added to the financing of the car for slightly higher payments, but figure it's better to use cash for that kinda stuff.

I don't agree that the black tails are ricer. I like them so much better than the pink ones.

Well I think ricer looking is the clear kind :) your red style looks good and the smoke color kind too, I prefer both over clear stuff.

As long as you dont do what some idiots do like put Honda Emblem on Mitsu
Mercede emblem on Thunderbird. I've seen it, and it cracks me up.

People used to say all Japanese Cars are ricers. & all other car mfg.
Fiat = Fix it again Tony
Ford = Found on-the road Dead
etc.

If it serve a visual and performance purpose its cool. Haters will always say negatives things about something they dont know or have.

With all that said black tail light housing look better in my opinion.
But each their own.

Yeah anyone can think anything is a ricer, and yes admittedly my Ford is considered a ricer to many onlookers sadly to my damage control program.

I never upgraded my car at all but most of the public wont know that, but some do walk up to me and ask about it.

I just replaced parts that other things damaged, but ended up with
totally different from OEM due to cost savings :D

A bad pothole bent my oem rim (insurance wouldnt cover it, plus my OEM rim was out of production and same price as 4 brand new aftermarket rims) :p

An SUV backed over my hood in the parking lot along with destroying my oem hood/and lights (insurance would not cover, cause that driver left scene) getting an oem hood and having it painted was more expensive than just DIY with a UV coated carbon fibre hood :p

So it resulted in an exposed carbon fibre hood along with black rims
