I just installed my boost gauge but I'm a little confused. I put the T adapter in the hose running by the air filter box so I could run shorter tubes & wires. From there I am getting max readings of about 10psi (I am completely stock other then a drop-in air filter) I thought we were good for a max of 18psi stock? Was I supposed to put the adapter in the hose coming off the BOV? Does it make a difference?

I can post pictures if you guys need help understanding what I'm talking about.

Crap! looks like mine is in the wrong place then. I was wondering why I was getting no vacuum... my friend said not all turbo cars will read a vacuum but didn't sound right to me. Looks like I'll have to patch up the snip I made and move everything over to the BOV :P

Well, post back after on how it works.

You could also just buy a length of new hose so you don't have a patch.

Where are you mounting the gauge?

I'll probably only be able to get to it in a few weeks. I'll be out of town.

I have them mounted on the rexpeed pillar pod.

The rexpeed pillar pod is garbage. I have one.

Yeah, it kind of is... lol. I worked with it though. Used a blow drier to bend it into the right shape and rubber gaskets to make the gauges fit. It turned out alright. I'll post some pics in my build thread in a bit.
