How hard was the LICP? I heard it's a major PITA. Should've hit me up bro, The GF and I took everything apart, installed the UICP and put everything back together in exactly an hour and im pretty sure you don't live to far. That IC looks good though, i was gonna get one myself but had to buy some new tires thanks to the stock Yoko's falling apart on I-75.

They are 2 different pcs. You always have a down pipe this usually then connects to your cat but some people take out the cat and put in a straight pc of pipe when they track the car AKA Test pipe.

lol a test pipe and that DC cat-back will get you hella roped in Pines/Miramar. I had mine on for 5 days and got nailed twice. I just threw on a high-flow cat and still havent done the down pipe because it looks like it's a pain to get off. I sent my # threw a PM hit me up for any of the meets!

A lil off topic here, but do you think making the switch from a 2.25 in ic pipe to a 2.5 in ic pipe such as the UR ones would be worth it? Reason I ask is that I have to run silicone coupler reducers on my setup to connect my ic pipes to the ic. Don't like how the outlet pipes on the ic are bigger in diameter then my ic pipes. I can only imagine that having the difference in diameter would affect air flow?

what are your exact mods?
on all my dyno sessions, my intake temperature was very close to the ambient, showing more than enough cooling on the IC side (my factory cat was heating up quickly though). Depending on your mods, especially on stock turbo, you probably won't run into heat-soak
for reference:
Evo X FMIC
AMS UICP
Stock RA LICP
AMS RA SRI
AMS Boost Pill
22psi
Based on my experience, it seems like an Evo X FMIC and stock LICP is more than enough for anything on stock turbo. Half the reason I got the UICP was to match the SRI for a cool looking engine bay

Not worried bout heat soak. I was more curious about the air flow being decreased meaning less power. I'll pm you my mods since of them damn spies!
