Request: Interior LEDs

I know this isnt really for the RA but i wanna get this for my car but im terrible with electrical stuff so help me out please :p

I plan on installing these for my car sometime soon, Im just looking for some experience if anyone installed these and have any suggestions. Im a visual learning so diagrams and videos would be the best.

Some questions i have are:
How do you exactly set up the kit to the battery and into your car? (pictures)
How do you mount the LED tubes in the car? Hide the wires?

Please dont say "read the instructions" , I already saw them but im looking for more in depth answers and how to.
