Abnormal Idle (Is this Normal)

I found this video online and found that my car does exactly the same thind. Does anyone have an explanation? Is anyone else going through the same thing?:confused:

Abnormal because it fluctuates? Mine does the same on occasion... it will be over 1k as in the video and I've seen it drop down to about 800rpm while idling, hovering around each doing what it does in the video.

I wasn't aware this was a problem, though the only abnormal sounds my engine makes is the knocking/chattering a lot of ralliart owners seem to have.

its 38 degrees outside and the engine is cold. it will idle high until driven.
