FS Socal 2009 GG Ralliart front bumper with evox plate holder

it has 4000k on its no grills, nose ring or fog lights... minor scratches on the bottom from being lowered and 2 minor scratches on the driver side bumper talking about small inch size it fell form a rack stupid rack

new bumper cost about $700... not painted
evox plate holder on the forums like $40 bucks

I am looking for $500 picked up in socal and $500 plus shipping if needed to ship...
