For some reason, I thought this thread was asking people about their toilet habits...

I'm glad you posted this because I'm still searching for the right wheels with the right offset. I'm going to be getting 18x8's with 235/40-18 tires but I don't know what offset.

That sounds like it would probably be pretty good.

Check this thread:

http://forums.evolutionm.net/09-ralliart-brakes-wheels-suspension/414037-2009-lancer-ralliart-sedan-ra-sportback-wheels-tires-fitment.html

Also see if you can find anyone running that wheel size and ask if they had any issues and look at pics to see if its the fitment you like.

One of the best things you can do is actually measure and square your work.

Find out what you have now.
Measure your clearance.
Then run a few calculations

http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp

After which you can pick out an appropriate wheel and/or decide if you need a spacer.

just check the thread on evom.It descibes every size wheel and offset.as well as what needs to be done in order to use each wheel.personally I want to get something around 18x9.18x8.5 will fit without rear fender rolling but Ive heard that 18x9 is more flush and looks a little better. I f I can ever find a set of evoX gsr wheels with tires ill be happy.Imo they are perfect for a lowered ralliart sb

225 is the widest tire you can run at a slightly lowered height without rolling the rear fenders, but it's close. Unless you plan on staying at stock height with wider wheels/tires or lowering it with the stock size wheels/tires, fender rolling is a must if you don't like your tires to be string cheese.

18x9 with a 225 you still need to roll the fender for a percaution just so you don't have the string cheese look. that what i had to do to my ride it came out good.
