1hr = 2gb
up to 16gb = 8hrs (sounds good)

Price; not so much.

I do video survielance for a living and I would suggest if you are gonna spend big bucks like the first camera, why don't you buy a mobile DVR in which you could hook up 4 micro board cameras and literally catch the action in all 4 directions. Google it.
