Unless you are sliding sideways, then it won't! lol

Sideways and sliding yeah Ima need new set of tires and a lot of practice and big empty parking lot. Not as easy as it seems!

they were packed great and shipped really fast.. i put them on over the weekend and took pics of every step to make a DIY when I get the chance... it's really easy didn't have to put holes in fender liner or anything like you have to for the EVO X... Rallarmor wouldn't care if I made a DIY and put it on like youtube or anything right?

heres a couple quick pics

You should do some pictures in sunlight for a how-to. Hard to see on most of those. From what I can see, they look good.

I'm going to order the basic version. I don't need the gloss with overstated logo. If it protects the paint, then I'll be happy. At less than half the price, I'm willing to take a gamble. I, too, will post pictures of the install.

How well would these hold up in a drive thru car wash? cause it protrudes. I once made a boo boo with a hood deflector (OEM) :D well it was the drying process that blew the deflector away 30 feet to just be put back on for another day. but cant imagine damage from the wash ripping the mudflap out and the screws.

the UR ones are really flexible they have a video on there site how easy they bend.. I had to get them because I know come winter time all the salt they put on the roads here would tear my car apart and norm flaps can freeze/split crack etc... I've gone thru numerous laser washers (idk about the other ones) I also power wash my car once every week or so no probs thus far

It's good to know they are holding up under more extreme conditions that we see here on SoCal.

ya i wished i lived in socal or somewhere always nice out UR def wouldn't be absolutely necessary.. will keep posted how hold up-- i was going to post the how to but they come with lengthy in depth instruction manual for self explanatory. still debating dropping my car or not if i were in so cal i would have already done it ;[

Looks good. Are those the basics? Let's see some more pics. I went with the Urethane ones.

Not exactly a good pic either. Lol.

Yeah, they are the basics. I didn't really want the gloss finish or the colored lettering, and the basics were the only option for that. I'm sure the others are much thicker, but thus far, I haven't put a hole through mine. ;)

I've got a set of the Rallyarmor flaps and they are a perfect fit for the car. It's pretty much a straight up bolt on package and only had to remove teh rear wheels for the install.

Had it at the track for some time attack the very next weekend and had zero used up rubber on the sides of the car. The trunk is a different story. :D

I put Red ones on my car which is BLACK. Thought it was a little more 'Rally' like since I drive a rally car when not driving this one.
What you think?

If you just buy either the standard ones or the urethane ones for Lancer they will fit the sportback as the hardware location in the wheel wells should be the same. I am on my 2nd set of the urethane ones. When I ordered my original set I ordered the Evo X ones only to find out their screw locations are different and had to drill new mounting holes in the mudflap to use my stock screw locations. After my car got run into in a parking lot one cruise night this past summer I ordered the Lancer ones which fit perfectly. Hope this helps.

Doesnt look bad. You should post your measurements, materials, & tools it took to make it happened.
