View Full Version : Ralliart @ Irwindale Dragstrip...

Below is a vid from inside my RA from our visit to Irwindale 8th mile Dragstrip. This vid i ran a 8.5 @ 81. My best was a 8.4 @ 82. There was some modded Evo 8's 9's and especially Evo 10's not doing my times, Most were high 8 seconds and some 9 seconds. I ran my big bro and his Turbo Honda Civic each time. It was a lot of fun and the track was great like always. There is another vid from the stands that was taken but i havent upoladed it i will soon. Let me know what you think. Also this vid shows the "Tree" perfectly so you can learn how the lights work for those who may want to go to the track ever. Let me know what you guys think. My 60ft was a 2.0 on this run. My best was a 1.9. I did 4 runs. Also the vid is i think 7 minutes long i forgot to turn off the camera afer we ran which is at about only 1 minute. Thx.

Thx MT. Everyone in the crowd kept yelling, Go Evo! Or Nice Evo! event the commentator, Maybe that one was because i wrote Evo on my papers lol.:p

perhaps we should get a ralliart group to head out !

I should be getting my gopro this coming week so it would be neat to get some track videos.

Hell yeah Bullet at least 2 or 3 of us. U have any mods? Go pros are the best.

Is that $20 to run, unlimited runs all night?
How long to wait to re-enter track and make another pass?

Damn thats cheap, I pay either $45 or $100 to run at the track nearest me about 60 miles away then have to pay for extra gas to use at the track and the 2 hour round trip.

Yeah $20 all night. Waiting depends on how packed or not packed the track is. Sometimes 30 to 45 minutes, For the last hour wait time was only about 15 minutes. I got there at 7:30 and still got 4 passes in.

Yeah ive been quiet for a while, I'm on alot I just don't post as much. Mine is a baby hauler too lol. Us So Cal guys should meet up at Irwindale.

I'm down to go hang out some time. I live literally 5 minutes away from the track for the last year and have yet to even go check it out. :/ Dunno how ready for racing my ride is, it's still stock (except for a K&N drop-in).
