Congress wants to put a 38 cent per gallon tax on E85.
That'll make it more expensive than premium gas!

Because the 50% "Road Usage Tax" on fuel wasn't enough..

They are nailing SVO/Bio fuel people at the end of the year in tax season with the "you still use the roads but don't pay the tax at the pump".
