Here are the basic steps to turn it off (its not word for word as I'm going from memory):

Turn off ignition completely
Ensure drivers door is closed completely
Press the "Info" button on the instrument panel
Go to the Maintenance option and hold "Info" down to access it
Repeatedly press "Info" to get the word "Clear" to display on the instrument panel
Hold down the "Info" button to clear the maintenance timer
All done!

Sounds about right. It has been awhile since I cleared the warning.
I used to get the pesky 'take a break' warning with a tea cup telling me to take a break. :p

So this is pretty much what the dealership does when u take it in for an oil change?? Been wanting to change MY OWN oil for a while now, but didnt know how to reset the required maintenance screen. Does this reset it back to 3k 3 months??

It resets it back to whatever maintenance schedule it was set to previously. There is a way to change what maintenance schedule it uses but I don't remember where that information was.

some info here, I followed it and didn't really have any success...I ended up adding more mileage and time onto the warning schedule...
