I'm hearing a bunch of popping and clicking coming from my wheel wells when I'm making sharp low speed turns (like manuevering around in a parking lot). I am dropped on Sportline springs. Is this my stock struts not liking the stiffer springs, or could it be something different?

i find i have the same issue when making a left hand turn, with a stock suspension set up.

With my coilover setup, I do get a weird click from the rear suspension going over bumps at a decent speed or going around sharp turns. Otherwise nothing here.
Hearing noises from the stock suspension with aftermarket springs is a common occurrence with the RA.

What's got me worried is it's progressively getting worse

I'd have a performance shop look over your suspension, the dealership will act like everything is fine.

I was having similar issues. I thought my stabalizer link had loosen, pulled my wheel off and everything was snug.
Brought it to my dealer when I was in for an oil change, the strut mount was gone to shit. Fixed under warranty, i'm on pro kit springs btw.

First I'd make sure that locking nuts on top of the struts are torqued down properly. If they weren't torqued down or air gunned, chances are they loosened up and are causing that noise. I would also check to see that the coil spring itself sits properly on the strut as they tend to move out of place, especially if things have loosened up over time. Check the easy stuff first before you get in over your head.

If it sounds like crack-crack-crack-crack when you make a tight turn under power (u-turn) then that is what an outer CV joint sounds like on its way out.
It is the flexible joint in the front axle covered in an accordion looking boot. Normally they will go 80k plus miles. But if one gets a hole poked in it for grease to get out or dirt and water to get in, they can go out much earlier.
