Any of you know anything about the texas law about license plates? Ive been on the search about a valid statement allowing to have one license plate on the vehicle here in texas.

Anyone know where i can buy a replacement for the chrome fixture on the front bumper. I saw a rotor glow lancer here in san antonio with a black one. Man its badass!!! Unfortunately didnt get to meet and ask the owner.

You can sand it down and paint it. I was told its plastic with Chrome platin. You can remove it from the inside after taking your front bumper off. or replace with X nose ring.

For one if the wife is cool with it.....haha....she already said yes but now I have to decide if want to pay the monthly car payment for a Ralliart or an Evo which is higher. I should purchase either one this July....by then I'll have some bills paid off and my credit score should be higher to allow a lower interest rate which would mean I can get a more expensive car....so we'll see.

Plus check out the quotes I ran for myself....the RA is higher for some reason.

Haha yea you defiantly need her approval...that's good she agreed already lol. Yup yup that is something you need to think about lol..lucky for my I'm still able to be under my pops insurence so mine comes out every 6 months under 700. Only like 40-50$ from my other car which was a 2009 lancer de. Well when you get it hit me up so we can go for a cruise or something. I'd like to get other ralliart/evos together as well. By July I'm hoping to have a few more modifications to my car lol. Hope it all works out for you bro!! I'm surprised the 335i is a lot cheaper then the evo and ralliart lol my cousin would like thous numbers haha

I heard JMS does a good job tuning though I've never dealt with them first hand. They have a 9s evo their looks sick, a lot of recomamdation for that place so probably when I get a few other parts I'll be going their. Plu it's like 10 min from where I live lol. Good luck with that! Also theirs some places in austin I believe ams and cobb(correct me if I'm wrong) but I'm sure theyll cost a pretty penny.

Cool cool, I'm sometimes over their off 410 and 281 not to much though. I'm usely everywhere though lol I just like to drive around lol. More so on northside in between 35/410 and 1604. I'll keep an eye out for a blue ralliart though.

Lol yea I'm always seening base model lancers lol. Looks like a ralliart but doesn't have the hood like ours lol that's the only way I can tell the differences unless it's an evoX.

Lol I understand your pain there quite a bit. Throughout the day all I see are gts and es models which some have a vented hood. Then its always the bumpers that give it away. Either the rear diffuser is set to have a single exit only or the from bumper has the mini crome grim instead of the full one or it has gts fangs.

I painted my fmic black for stealth, which makes ppl think im a base model with a vented hood until they hear my dual ultimate racing turbo back exhaust, bov and turbo spool lol

Yeah, I was looking for one too... From what I've heard our best bet is to go to Cobb in Austin. It'd be a heck of a lot easier if there was a place in SA though, so tell me if you find one!

Unfortunately I haven't made it to any of the meets because they are always really early in the morning and really far out from me (I'm inside 410 on the north side). I'm sort of a "wake up after 2pm on weekends" kind of guy... I have to wake up at 6-7am every weekday for work, why would I wake up that early on my day off? :P

I pay around 125$ from mitsubishiparts.net P/N 2513A040 103.29+12.39 UPS Ground come out to 115.68$

$220 is very high for OEM SST Filter.

I live in the North Dallas area. I've been an member of NTEC since a couple of days after getting my car last April. So far, it's been a blast. They hold and/or attend tons of events per month.

I went on my first cruise with them last weekend out to the Glenn Rose/Granbury area. It was very intense. I can't wait for the next one.
