How's everyone doing. My name is Justin, and I currently drive a 2006 eclipse GS. But I am in the process of looking at Ralliarts. I've been on 9glancers for a minute and am now wanting to come here. I want to have a good idea of what I'm working with and what route to take the car once it gets here. What better of a place then a ralliart forum right? Right now it's looking like I'll be getting one around february. Getting married in less then two weeks and have some bigger priorities coming up. But, glad to be on the site. I'm a moderator on club4g also so if anyone has eclipse questions give me a shout! haha!

Some pics of my baby! :D

Current mods on the eclipse so far: DC Sports CAI; upgraded to 6G75 tb; RPW tb and intake manifold thermablock spacers; tb bypass; RRE underdrive pulley; intake manifold resonator delete; DRL delete; GT front strut bar; tanabe front strut bar; oil catch can; energy suspension motor mount bushings; mod-gt carbon fiber hood; halo led projection headlights; interior blue leds in footwells, dome light, and trunk light; blackout spoiler with cf deck (not installed); jdm cf hood pins (not installed); blacked out aluminum fuel door;

I have a lot left that I would like to do to it, but if I plan on getting a ralliart I will probably not touch it for a good while and focus on the lancer.

Welcome Justin!

Where in WV are you located? I have friends out in the Charles Town area, also know a few people down in Leslie, WV.

Ah... the Eclipse. I miss my 2002 GT, good times. If you're thinking about getting a Ralliart, don't hesitate unless cost is an issue. If you like your Eclipse, you'll love the Ralliart. It's a lot different, but with some adjustments you'll be enjoying it in no time.

Were you thinking about trading your 4G in, or getting a RA in addition to it? If you're in the market and don't mind going out of state, let me know. I can send you to Kurt at Moore Mitsubishi in Chantilly, VA... he's a good guy and it's a good dealership. They currently have a blue 2011 Ralliart in stock.

Hey man thanks! I live near charleston. I love my eclipse, and I am planning on keeping it. That's what's holding me up with the ralliart, is I want to free up some more income to be comfortable having both at once. I may definitely take you up on the dealership offer tho. The two mitsu dealers near me both rip people off on a daily basis.

Trust me, once you get the Ralliart you won't need the Eclipse. Faster, quicker, four doors, storage space... It's a Japanese hotrod :)

But, if you are willing to hold on to the 4G, then it's a good call either way.

I think I'm planning on holding onto the 4g mainly because of 1. Gas mileage 2. I love the unique look of them and 3. It was my first nice car that I bought and I've grown quite close to it. lol. But hey, if I have to let it go, I'll part out and let it go lol.

No worries, I know how you feel about growing close to a vehicle.

The average fuel economy for the Ralliart is anywhere from 21-25 MPG combined, and that's on 93 octane.
