I'm not familiar with the theory behind this item. What exactly is it suppose to do?

Here is a diagram of what it does...

I had done the "big 3" upgrade on my Eclipse, and it helped with my electrical system since I had a nice audio setup, but other than that it didn't help with performance at all.
So if that's your goal, to "improve top end", return it. Refine your tune, instead.

Ah, gotcha.
So it's on par with wonderful inventions like the following:

Exactly. I have seen them take an older car with corrosion in the standard electrical system and bump the voltage up from 13.85 to 14.1 volts with a grounding kit and extensive terminal and ground location cleaning. If you are running competition sound systems, that could give you more power in that sense, meaning a SLIGHT increase in amplifier output. But as far as HP increase, there is zero verified evidence that they do anything at all.
But Mangnok seems to be aware of this being essentially an appearance item anyway, so no harm no foul. Post pics when it's all done.

it's really help from result specially if you have audio system
but the thing is cheap one or expensive one like HKS or Greddy they are give you same result as cheap one like those dirt on ebay ,this groundwire and Volt stabilizer will help but not much in performance maybe 1 HP lol but i want it anyway no need to return it

No man... you've got it all wrong...
The compression waves being produced by the subs in your trunk will act as impulse propulsion effectively adding hp when you're at speed with the system up.

But what about the OEM sub that faces towards the passenger side? Will that cause oversteer on right turns and understeer on left ones?

Well hell, just get a flux capacitor, capable of more than 1.21 gigawatts and you'll be set. No need for an upgraded wire kit!

I Just bought a turbo whistle for my exhaust so it sounds like my RA is twin turbo.
Does that add more HP?
