Back in day when i ran my vb site we had the users garage add-on. People could upload pictures to show off their bikes, cars and such it was a big hit with the members. That would be cool to have on here. But i also ran a server from my house so storage was no problem for me. if it actually makes it past the suggestion phase you can also set limits on picture size and file size.
