Just thought I'd make one of these threads...

Not much modding is gonna happen, I'm pretty happy the way it is. I have blue city lights, 6k lows and 3k fogs (All not installed atm) Yesterday I plasti-dipped a few things: front chrome ring, front emblem, hood scoop, side markers, window trim, 3rd brake light, back mitsu emblem, and rear reflectors.

Tints, mud flaps and springs may be coming by the end of the year.

Thanks!! :D Haha I've noticed the newer rims are harder to clean in between the spokes than the older ones :( I had an 08 GTS before this. But I really like the interior trim inside the car, rather than being that fake carbon fiber, the black looks better IMO.. I just hope it doesn't fade like the fake carbon fiber did..

Meh, I think I'm alright with the 2012 wheels as of right now.. Money situation isn't all that atm, I have a lot going on at home right now. How much are you selling them for though? And yes, the wood is to cover my license plate ;)

Alright, so I took off the StickerNerd.com one and took off the periods at the end of "fresh." and "daily driven." I think it gives it a little cleaner look IMO. Let me know what you guys think....

Alrighty, so I posted this on another forum I'm part of, looking for some opinions. I'm just gonna c/p it lol

I would like for any imput on possibly my next Plastidip project. I'm using Plastidip because if I don't like it, I'll just peel it off.. I could spend money to get my rims powdercoated, but to be honest, I do like taking the cheaper, Plastidip, route...

There's a newer Plastidip product called "Blaze Blue". I love how it looks in the video Dipyourcar has on YouTube, but I'm not too sure how it would look on my RA. Being that I have black Plastidip on a few exterior parts, should I just go with the black Plastidip for my stock rims, or do the Blaze Blue? I think the Blaze Blue would look good on Apex, but I'm not too sure how it would look on mine, with a few things being Plastidipped in black. If I do end up doing Blaze Blue on my rims, I'll most likely be doing the front and back Mitsu emblems as well.

It's a bit too matte/dull. Try some of their Glossifier, or ever light coats of the silver metalizer might be cool. Tough to say.

I like the matte look :) I'll ride with it for a little bit, if I don't like it, I'll add the glossifier. I don't like how the silver metalizer looks. It too sparkly IMO. :P

Just wanted to update. Picked up an Evo X BOV from a friend for $60 shipped. The BOV will be getting painted blue before I install it. And I will soon be doing that DIY K&N SRI. :D

Update: Painted my Evo X BOV with Blue Metalcast & installed it. Also, installed the DIY K&N SRI :D It sounds BEAST! :)

I didn't do primer before the metalcast. I also didn't know the numbers on the top would be showing through, lol. So come spring time, I'd gonna sand it down, use primer, then paint it again. I will also be painting the front strut bar sometime soon when it gets warmer.

Next on my list is to install my HID's I got last Christmas (6k lows, 3k fogs). Then maybe just a few Exterior mods.. eyelids, vg, mudflaps, window visors and window tints. Coils by next Christmas, and possibly the UR catback exhaust. Maybe a few things in between here and there lol

It's upside-down because it's from Scorpion lol I didn't notice it til I got it and I was like.. uhh that's weird. Then I had a duhh moment and was informed that where Scorpion is, the driver is on the right, so the console is inverted. In which, the letters would be the right way lol

Alright, well, I had an exciting day lol Went to my parents and my dad installed my mudflaps he got out of work late, so we didn't get a chance to put my eyelids on.. (I need to buy 3M because when I put them on with the 3M provided, the outside part wasn't sticking) I totally forgot to bring my window visors over. Later in the week, visors and eyelids should be installed, depending on how lazy I am lol

So, here's a crazy story... While installing my mud flaps, we had my parents brand new Samsung tablet outside with it, to look at a how-to. Well, I didn't wanna put it on the ground, so I placed it on my spoiler. You can see it in one of my pics down below. I totally forgot I put it there. We bring everything else inside, had dinner and I leave around 10. I'm driving, almost home, when some dude next to me is saying something about the back of my car. I didn't know what he was saying because we're driving, and he has his window up. So we get to a stop light and he said I have something on the back of my car. I look back and it's my parents tablet just chillin pressed up against my spoiler and sort of on my trunk. I pulled over immediately and got it. Crazy part is, I drove for almost an hour at highway speeds between 55-65. I got so effing lucky that ish didn't fall off lol

SO, for installing the mudflaps.. the fronts were easy, but the back was a little hard. We weren't going to take my back wheels off, but then thought that we should. Crappy part is, I couldn't find my stupid lug nut lock. So we did it without taking the wheels off. It's hard, but it is possible

Figured I'd update this!

Today is my 25th birthday, and I've got some big plans coming soon! I'm going to be purchasing the UR cat-back exhaust with resonator, mini muffler, and possibly titanium tips. If I don't get titanium tips, I'm gonna get rolled tips. I e-mailed UR to see if there were any discount codes. Got an e-mail back saying there's no discount codes, but to let him know when I'm ready to order so he can try and give me a discount. I let him know that I purchased the UR UICP last year and I'm happy with it.

The blaze blue plastidip on my wheels is going to get peeled off soon and my dad will be painting my wheels some sort of blue. I gotta check to see what blue colors are available. I'm not sure when, but I'm hoping to take off of work on a Saturday in a month or so to do it.

Interior trim will be getting wrapped in Blue CF vinyl sometime by the end of the year.

The custom front lip may not be getting done. STi lip looks to be the easier option. But custom side skirt extensions are still happening. Idk when though. I haven't had a chance to talk to my dad about it..

Window tint prob won't be til next year.

I just now saw this post lol but I recommend white bulbs. I've been pulled over twice within the first month of having them in. Luckily, no tickets ;)

Replacement shift knob from Flossy came in. The first knob they sent me had small engraving, and one of the letters wasn't fully engraved. With a few emails back and forth, they sent me a replacement knob, and I agreed to send the first one back once I receive the new one.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I had to work today lol I haven't been to atco yet. Or even raced. My boyfriend isn't into the whole car scene. BUT I should be single sometime soon lol so I'll be checking out atco sometime this summer. My RA isn't tuned. Idk how to do all that, or where to get it done. The FMIC & LICP aren't installed yet. Probably next month or May. I'm done with modding my RA for at least a year or 2, though. :(

My parents live in Buena.. only a couple miles from Vineland. I'll be down there next Saturday. And Marlton isn't far from me :)

Hey whatd up. That night was pretty nice. A good mix of cars and my cousins got like 6 runs each. One of them even let me run once. Alass there where no RA. There was a sti out there and even a gtr. But mostly newer mustang. Im thinking onece u get the fmic & licp on u should be in mid to high 13s. I would bynthat cale and load the gst roms and u would be low 13 maybe even break 12s. That's y I want one of these RAs great little track/family cars. I am tricking the wife by throwing at her all the safty and benifets of the awd system for the type of weather we get around her and the fact that its "automatic" but just neglecting the turbo side of it ;-)

UPDATE!!!!

FMIC, LICP, and projectors are installed! Installing the FMIC was the hardest part. Projectors were done by Ahmad Kadado. They are blacked out Depos with upgraded projectors (FX-R) for the extra wide beam, with a blue painted shield for the demon eye look. I will be sending em back at some point so he can installed blue demon eyes. Probably next year sometime!
