Has anybody that has had the brake check valve recall fixed noticed additional noise??I can hear more of the turbo spooling and i can hear it blowing off.
NICE! I hope its a good thing for you. :confused: I hadnt taken mine in yet for Brake recall. I need to schedule an appointment. I'll keep it posted. :cool:

Check to make sure your intake box is properly closed/clamped onto the air filter. It's "easy" to not put it back together correctly.

Brake recall? erm... what exactly is wrong with brakes to issue a recall?

It's just a faulty check valve.. From what I was told, it may or may not fail.:confused:
Recall fix that can increase your braking power? yeah it has to do with a valve that is faulty under hard braking,the valve doesnt return to normal operating position that cause the brake operate improperly.? lost my recall letter :o

I wonder why I haven't gotten such a letter yet. I wonder if it is only for certain chassis production dates?

Probably is. Just like the fuel system recall that they posted, which was only for models made between certain months back in 2008.
^You should go and have them check it still.

I had them look to see if my car needed the brake recall while there for the fuel line fix. Not applicable to my chassis...
