if im not mistaken, other tuners had their Ralliart at 300+ TQ and 285ish whp on the stock turbo. Why is this so unbelievable?

My understanding is that Turbo has operation life. Since our RA turbo is small pushing 283whp will shorten the life of that small turbo? Higher power/boost = shorter life? I may be wrong My first turbo car. :o

I dont know about that really, but all I know is I want a turbo upgrade, either to a x turbo orrrr the fp red i like the results on the ams with the fp red but they havnt updated lately to see how the SST is holding up.

Yeah VENDORS are Rushing to make Tranny Cooler Upgrades and TC Clutch Plates Upgrades for Limp Mode and Slow Down Warning.
Hopefully TC-SST is serviceable, I've heard that TC-SST is expensive and not serviceable. IDK

EVO X turbo and
some EVO X parts will be enough for me. :D
and reliability is a big issue for me,
since my RA is DD street car.
I am not planning to make it a track car, (gutted out with Roll cage)
Money pit that I cannot afford to fall in.

Im glad to see other RA owners that are doing it. I recently saw 09 RG RA (in Hayward, CA) on the road with 390whp? EVO X Turbo, IC & pipes tuned by WORKS motorsport (Sonoma, CA)

yea that is maxing out the turbo, our tuner said that any higher then 22lbs was getting knock. I am still running a stock cat, so maybe people who are making more power are running a test pipe. i am currently looking for evo x turbo and stuff.

Is 22 psi boost abnormal? sorry, new to the whole tuning thing and I'm not sure how boost is measured on a dyno, but when I was tuned by English Racing with the AMS boost pill, my peak boost is 25 psi.

Keep in mind this is on a Dynapack guys. Expect lower numbers on a dynojet and waaay lower numbers on a properly reading Mustang Dyno. Still good numbers though.

Depends on how much power are you looking for?

Evo X Turbo: find a EVO X owners and once they upgrade which most em do buy it used.

Evo X Intercooler: find a EVO X owners and once they upgrade which most em do buy it used or conventional method ebay

Evo X Piping: find a EVO X owners and once they upgrade which most em do buy it used or custom piping.

Evo X GSR 5pd Manual swap? IDK about this one maybe GST? RRE?

or TC-SST Tranny Cooler Upgrade and Clutch plate upgrade. But all in all

you need money. Probably around 8-10K est. for 400-500whp IMO. :eek:

Does that mean when my RA got dyno'd @ GST with their Mustand Dyno is lower number? mine had peak power of 1st run 193, 2nd 196, 3rd 202, Base tune 212 to Custom Tune 232whp? is actually or will be higher on other dyno? Like WORKS with their taking the tires out of the equation dyno?

Sounds like GSTs Mustang dyno reads low like a Mustang dyno should. An estimation would be that your 232 whp would be around 250ish on a Dynojet and 265ish on a Dynapack.

Come on guys snap out of it! This was done on a Dyna Packs dyno you should all know its posts crazy high numbers. I just had my car tuned for my stock ralliart turbo and I have Full UR upper and lower piping Evo X Intercooler Full UR 3 inch turbo back exhaust HKS BOV K&N filter etc.. but mine was done on the heart breaker dyno Dyno Dynamics Dyno. I baselined 190 AWD HP and 201 AWD torq and tuned to 221 AWD HP and 249 torq. I am told me most 300 HP cars dyno at around 215 on this dyno.

_That_ Dynapack puts out crazy high numbers. Always has. Others not. My Dynapack reads the same or lower as local Dynojets. Even had the AMS 1100hp drag EVO on our Dynapack and it read the same as on their Dynojet when you figure it was spinning the wheels on their Dynojet. My Dynapack reads 8-9% higher than local Mustang dynos. _That_ Dynapack however seems to read higher (kind of like a Florida Mustang Dyno). Maybe it is because it is an older smaller one with different capacity front and read axles (Dynapack 2000+4000).

just be careful...some evo guys says Church's tune is way too rich and also somewhat unreliable in the mivec maps...pushing that much boost on our small turbo needs caution...I suggest have someone take a look at ur map b4 you go all hard w/it...if ur in socal...have RRE look at it or rallinspired...i know him from the evo that I go in downey...pm me if ur inteested for him to check out...
