Exhaust parts

Wondering if exhaust sections i.e. downpipe hfc and catback are interchangable from different manufacturers. Say turbo xs downpipe/hfc to a cp-e catback. Does anyone have info on if this is possible? I would guess that since most directly replace stock they should bolt up together but i am unsure. Any info is greatly appreciated.

They will as long as the bore size matches. A lot of manufacturers use parts from welding company's that all use standardized parts. I would be surprised if they did not.

My exhaust is a mix of different companys and different parts and everything lined up to fit properly.

You should be fine.

If something doesn't line up for whatever reason, I'm sure an exhaust shop or even a machine shop that works with piping could modify it to work.
