Yep i just got it but i had my first few mods already planned out and had the money for it. I have 3 more things on the way lol

I'm in the same boat. Sucks trying to save.. I want to get a set of BC coils before I do anything to the car.

I just got a once in a life time deal for a Agency power 50/50 BOV and Perrin downpipe with cat. Had my tint put on this weekend too and i have my HID kit on the way for the fogs already have low beams and i have a whiteline sway bar too

Looks fine. But, since you're using a tripod don't be afraid to go at longer shutter times. Bump up the aperature and increase the shutter speed and have more fun :D

yeah def! just shoot as much as you can. I've been shooting since I was in high school and now i'm 26 and I'm still learning new techniques and methods all the time.

So i got my Perrin catted downpipe (black) and my Agency Power BOV. Decided to paint the BOV a sky blue. Also installed my EvoX liscense plate mount and put in my 3000K HID fogs they werent yellow enough to i put some vinyl over the lenses. Its dark now and i checked them out they are yellow but no golden yellow like i want but its close enough. Also reused my titanium burned bolts for the liscense plate. Hopefully will be installing the rear Whiteline sway bar and the downpipe this weekend. Letting the BOV dry over night and installing it tomorrow.

Took some quick pics of the Agency Power BOV on. Painted a nice blue looks good under the hood. Also, i noticed the difference instantly after driving it. The stock plastic RA bov leaks boost a new metal one Evo or otherwise holds the boost longer. Def worth the pick up.

Picked up some Sportlines for less than $200. I couldnt take the wheel gap anymore. Sure be about a year before i get coils so this is a temp option .

I work for a dealer and i get wholesale pricing from Tirerack so i got them for 180 shipped.

The level of drop between the Eibachs and Swift are very different. Both companies are quality especially swift the compression rates they use for their springs in amazing.

Honestly, its going to depend on the level of drop you want. Do you want a minor drop or something more aggressive. The Sportlines are 1.7-.1.6, i cant remember what the Swift drop is but i know its minor. These are temporary for me till i can afford my coilovers.

Do a search on the forum for Swift to read the reviews

Went ahead and vinyled my roof this weekend with glossy vinyl from Di-noc. It came ok but im honestly not satisfied i usually go with Rvinyl because of their excellent quality and because their vinyl is very responsive to heat and hardly bubbles. Compared to Rvinyl Di-noc was a pain to work and the vinyl was so sensitive that it scratched very easily. Even though it came out well im going to keep it for a few weeks and then redo it with glossy Vinyl from Rvinyl. Here are a few pics.

Im not a big fan of black wheels i like my cars to have definition and black wheels just dont do that for me. Im actually thinking of doing white wheels iv always been fan of the look if i decide not to do white i might do Hyper black or gunmetal

Pics of the drop on Eibach Sportlines. I am loving this drop so far there is literally no bounce and the ride comfort is very similar to stock. Eibachs are very compressed springs which means when these settle they will only settle a few more mm.

Found time to install my Mishimoto coolant hoses last night. I was able to use the lift at work so it made the process a lot easier. A little messy and some of those hoses were a bitch to get off but went smoothly. Hopefully, i will find time to fabricate a Mishimoto bov return hoses. Since no one makes a set up for the RA.

The sportlines were awful they really were just for lowering the car, performance was lacking. I also did not want to roll my fenders the Swifts hands down are the best springs iv ever owned. I feel coils are over kill for a daily driver but one day i might get around to do it.

And like the idea of springs cause I agree with you coilovers are over kill and honestly how many people you know actually take care of them properly and clean and grease them and raise and lower them enough to be used. Most people I know that have them drop them low when they put them on and don't touch them years then get mad cause they are seized up and can't adjusted them anyways. Just sucks that still no one has made a performance shock for them. I would have thought koni would have by now.

You read my mind i would love some performance shocks for our cars. I would pay a pretty penny for a nice quality set Bilstein shocks like what comes on the Evo. Im hoping someone gets around to them one day. To be honest no one i know takes care of their coils the way they should and im way to busy to do it which is why i went with springs but it just goes to show you should get a quality set cause like i said the Eibachs were awful but Swift has earned a customer for life.

Thanks for compliments im not really one for being flashy sometimes less is more i like subtle mods that bring out the natural aggresssive body lines of our cars. Plus i really wanted to build a Stormtrooper Ralliart lol
