TiAL spring for Ralliart?

I recently got a UR catback put on my car. Its pretty sweet. I've also been told that another safe(ish) mod would be to replace the stock plastic bov with one that holds more boost, and a high flow drop in filter. What do you guys think about that being the next mod after exhaust?

I've been looking at the tial q or possibly the gfb (im thinking the tial will be easier to get in my area).

I searched the forums for threads explaining which springs these need to use in our cars but found nothing.

My question, is the 11psi spring the correct spring for the vacuum of the ralliarts? There are some videos online of these BOV's fluttering, some people say its normal, some people say its not. Either way, im hearing it has something to do with the spring used and I dont want to have any flutter if i decide to go with the tial.
