This might be a little premature with your cars being only a month or two old and low miles. But a guy can dream of 450+ HP… right? You can always start with the drop in filter ;-) Here is a listing of the new parts Cosworth has available that fit the RalliArt, along with their propaganda listing features and specs.
These parts are incredible to play with and touch in person. The way their pistons and cranks are built is totally different from anything else you will be able to get. They make their own casting so there are no sharp edges (stress risers). The organic flow of stress reminds me of John Britten’s style of craftsmanship.
Yes we (RRE) sell all these parts and will be stocking the cheaper items. Anything that needs to be ordered we’ll have the next day usually as long as they have it in stock. See the RRE web site for our pricing. www.roadraceengineering.com/evox.htm
Everything listed below fits both the EVO X and the new RalliArt Lancer.
Cosworth’s Mitsubishi 4B11T Components
We've been busy engineering a complete range of motorsport grade components for the new Mitsubishi EVO X and the 4B11T engine. The all new engine features advanced architecture compared to the tried and trusted 4G63. It's all alloy construction utilizes a heavy duty main bearing girdle to promote block stiffness and a high flowing cylinder head with chain driven, twin MIVEC camshafts for a smooth flat power band. Relying on over 50 years of motorsport technology, we've developed some very exciting components that will allow you to achieve maximum reliable performance.
Cosworth MX1 Camshafts - Available Now!
The 4B11T's performance is very impressive right out of the box, however there is always room for improvement. Older style camshaft designs used on the 4G63 are not ideal for the 4B11T and the new engine requires a different approach to camshaft profiles. The new Cosworth MX1 camshaft set will unleash additional performance and increase power across a large portion of the power curve. The Cosworth MX1 camshafts are ground from new blanks and have been engineered to be compatible with the original valve springs. Sold in matched pairs.
