Chrome Triming

Im kind of new to the Ralliarts
Does anyone know if i can remove the chrome triming on the front bumper of the RA 09?( I really dont mind it but i think it would look better with out it)
If it does then does it leaves an indent or is it just flat black underneath it?

I believe others have posted somewhere in here that you can remove it by removing the front bumper and then access the screws that hold it in from behind the bumper. I don't recall if there is a write up anywhere on how to do that though. After removal, you would want to paint it black as it would not be flush, then reinstall it and the bumper.
