Unless it's caused by neglecting the vehicle, yes it should be covered.

Keep in mind that since you are in Canada, deviation from the severe maitenance schedule (oil changes every 3 month, etc) is considered neglect.

Well that's not good haha I've been changing my oil every 5-6k kms sever is 4000 km

So I called and asked and for ppl in Canada severe maintenance is recomended NOT required and for the dealership I asked they don't recomend severe as they have there own service schedule :/

That seems arbitrary, does it have to be 3 months, or does within 8,000 KM count?

I've had the car almost 2 years now and it's only seen 2 oil changes due to the low KM I put on it.

That is interesting. Here in Ontario all the dealers I have dealt with make the severe maintenance schedule a requirement, not a recommendation. That's oil changes every 3 months/5000km, whichever comes first.

Then again, Ontario has to have the worst dealer network in the country :(

Anyone know if you could get the ac pulley or bearing instead of replacing the whole compressor I've searched but can't find anything except the whole thing
