ok this is a noob question so forgive me.
this happens to me everyday not sure if its normal or not, heres the situation.
i lways drive in manual mode whenever i reached six gear then i will break, the gear down shift to maybe 3rd or fourth gear and without full stop i step on the gas again then the gear shifts up by itself. its normal when im in auto mode but im always using manual.
anybody experience this? sorry bad english lol

I have only experience this when the tranny isnt warm enough...
It shifts as a safety measure......

Also, are you in Normal more or Sport mode? I'm 90% Sport Manual

If it only happens when it is still cold then its normal :)
