It is supposed to get between 17 and 25 MPG, what are you getting? How aggressively do you drive?

Just hit 1000 miles with my Raillart....
on a ~70 miles highway cruise mostly with cruise control on I get about 22mpg.....
a 15-mile commute to work with 2 miles of local roads and 13 miles of definitely-not-cruising-constantly-passing-slow-cars-on-the-right-lane with average speed of 75mph I get about 19mpg....
a Saturday errands run around town (probably ~10 miles total) gets me 10.8mpg!
overall, I get at best 230 miles on a full tank. The fuel warning light comes on after 200 miles.

Sorry up in canada we use litres used per 100 km travelled. So our computers in our cars are programmed this way as well. So I get 12 to16 around the city and maybe as low as 10 to 12 on the highway.

I'm at about 1600 miles on my RA and I can tell it's been broken in a bit. I usually drive as conservatively as I can since I have a 40 minute commute, 90% of it on a highway. I was getting at best 23 for about the first 1200 miles but now I'm getting closer to 25. I have actually gotten the AVG reading on the dash up to 28.7 driving up about an hour and a half to PA, didn't take a picture though. And that was mostly flat roads, no a lot of up or down hills.
I'll be putting in the K&N filter this weekend and see if it helps, even if it's only 1-2 MPG I'll be happy.

18 MPG city, 25 MPG highway for me. My Ralliart is a 2010 Sportback, I don't know if that makes a difference in MPG.
Florida has E10 gasoline everywhere, and that has a negative impact on MPG. I wonder how much better the car would drive if non-ethanol gasoline was available for road vehicles.
EDIT: Sometimes I push the car hard in the city, but not on the highway.

I get 21 highway, haven't really taken it to the city... I sorta live in farm land :p I think 21mpg is pretty good for 1000cc injectors and a huge fuel pump... and its not even done being tuned yet

9-10mpg in the city (downtown Boston... lots of stop and go). Completely stock. I do usually get into turbo out of stop lights... Gotta make sure I get to the next red light really fast!! :(
If I try to drive like a normal person, it can get 20-24mpg city.
Average highway mpg is 26.2, almost always, on the dot. If I drive like a normal person, I'll go 300+ miles on a tank, highway.
Should I be getting better mileage?

During the periods of warm weather, I can get into the 300's per tank. Colder weather is a negative, I normally let it sit for a few minutes to warm up first, that usually kills my chances of getting anything past 275.

When I first bought the car I got an average of 20 on a light foot with around 25 on the highway and 17 in non-interstate driving. After a methodic break-in, 900 miles and an oil change (currently Mobil one extended performance), I now get around 23 average with a light foot, computer says around 27 MPG on highway and 20-23 non-interstate depending on throttle usage. :-)
I never experienced breaking in a car before so at first I was kind of disappointed with the mileage but now it's reasonable compared to other cars

i have never seen 25 out of my car before. Recently hit 5000 miles and i have been seeing 25's and even got a 26 one time. this is all through the cluster. when hand calculating after fill up i usually have 22-23 mpg off 11 gallons.
never seen 300 miles out of a tank. you guys are rockin it !
