Advice on rims

So I am in need to snow tires and have decided to buy a new set of rims to go with said rubber. In any case, I'm finding myself fully torn on the color. I have a rotor glow sportback. My summer rims are a gun metal, and they look great. But I was thinking of going black so they'd be a bit different. But then I noticed a bunch of colored options on Tirerack. I find myself a little enamored with the Sparco Assettos in the lime green. If my car were a neutral color I'd be all over them. But I wonder if it would clash too much with the orange. They also have an orange in those rims. Obviously, it's not the same orange, but I still dig it. Help me out guys and gals, am I lacking style taste here. Anyone have anything positive to say about green or orange rims on a Rotor glow.

Honestly, I'm not sure that either of those colors would go well on Rotor Glow. I could definitely be wrong though. Did you do the "view on vehicle"? When I did, it didn't look nearly as bad as I was expecting. If you like them though, that's all that matters. You'll probably get some haters, but who cares? Do what you like. I respect trying different things.

Depending on the shade, a blue wheel could possibly look good on Rotor Glow if you're looking for unique.

I have Rotor Glow, and I have bronze wheels. I absolutely love them. It came down between bronze or black, and I'm so glad I went with bronze. Black is overdone, and at a quick glance, they can look like steelies. I've also seen that gold works well.

If there were a pastel blue, I'd be in. But I've yet to find one. And I've had all 3 color options up on my PC, both at work and at home for the last 2 days trying to make a decision. I agree, black is over done. I did try a few bronze and gold options, but it just wasn't something I loved, though I could totally see others liking it. I do wish the car view had the sportback, as it is a bit different.

Nah, that's racegirl's car I believe, but mine is similar. I'll post a picture. I don't normally post pictures because I don't want to hear "needs moar low!" I'm aware of the 4x4 stance of a stock suspension, but I don't want to lower it at all until I'm out of warranty.

If it were a little darker id probably go for it rotor glow is already a darkish color in the light so why not get a darkish color to match? even so blue and orange can be very nice together.

Personally I'd go with a rim with a bright silver. I think that would look great on that cat. Along with bronze. Plus they are pretty safe colors that you know won't look bad.

I just got the Assetto Garas in bronze and I LOVE them. I think they'd look good on a RG.
