GST Boost map Stock vs. Boost

I downloaded the maps and there are two folders Stock Pill and Boost pill. What is the difference? I will just be running the boost pill and a cosworth drop in and evo x bov what should I be using?

Stock pill is the stock restrictor pill from factory, boost pill is the aftermarket versions from AMS, Ultimate Racing and GST.

The aftermarket stock pill has a smaller diameter hole, it allows for tighter boost control when used with the GST boost pill map.
