Can't set avatar and no link back to forum main page?

- I can't seem to be able to set my avatar in my User CP

- also, while you're in any sub-forums, how come there isn't a link to go back to the main forum page (http://www.clubralliart.com/index_forum.php)?

Is the photo you are trying to use hosted somewhere else? Otherwise I don't think it'll work. I got mine to work.

no it's just that when I go to User CP and then Edit Avatar, I dont get a choice to do anything....I see a square box and it says "No Avatar Specified" and the "Do not use an avatar" option is automatically checked....there are no other options or boxes that I can put the URL in or nothing like "Choose File" click box.....

Yeah I am trying to set my Avatar and it has the exact same setting.
Button "do not use an avatar" cannot be un-selected.
I can get my PROFILE pic up, but not the avatar part.

He called yesterday and thought it was fixed...but I was no where near a computer to be able to try it.

This is all that i am seeing.
When you get to choose an avatar, there are no options.
The only option you have is the 'radio button' - Do not use an Avatar and it's selected.
You cannot 'un-select' it.

Do you think due to your administrator rights it might be restricted?

When you go to User CP on the top, you should see "edit avatar" button on the left going down the side. Click on that and then you should avatar options. Option 2 lets you load from your computer. That's what works for me, today even. Try it and let me know.

Yeah, that is exactly how i am doing it.
USER CP, EDIT AVATAR and then

only 1 option.
DO NOT USE AN AVATAR is selected.
And that is it.

Trying to get HIBBY online to see if he can do it.

i even tried it from the home page and on the far left side.
Edit Avatar 'icon' and it takes me back to the same as if I were going through the USER CP path.

So it's still the same.

I'm pretty sure since it says avatar and you can see a avatar on my posts.

well that is the thing.
If you check the members list.
All members that have AVATARs will show on that page.
Whiskers doesn't have it.
But if you go to his profile, he has a profile pic of a black cat.
That is his profile pic.
On the members list, under AVATAR, there is no pic under his name.
