Well its real cold out now, chances are the back O2 sensor never got up to temperature.
Was it a short drive? AKA Less than 30 minutes

If it keeps bugging you. You can disable it here in ECU Flash. Some people say it breaks the sensor because its disabled. I have turned it off and on without problems. Then again that rear sensor is just for emissions anyways and has nothing to do with you AFR ratios.

Hey man I had the same probably when it started getting cold. I have the stock Cat I just got both ends cut to 3inches just so the cat would not bottle neck the flow from the custom exhaust and to give it a stock lock in case the cops try to give me some problems. This code would come one once a week starting in October past. I tried clearing it tones of times. I had to get a knew one. I had the Local Good Yeah shop replace it and used my extended warranty because the dealer may have tried to void it due to the exhaust. The job was a little over 400 bucks but my deductible is like 100 so it worked out well prayfully this helps. And that code should be for O2 sensor bank one I remember that thing very well.
