No Evo exhaust catback exhaust will fit a Ralliart. The routing is different. I read somewhere that some people have put a turboback but the tips end up being too short and melting the bumper.

Will any of the exhausts from the other lancer trims work for the ralliart. It seems to be difficult to find Ralliart specific exhausts. At least good options for ones.

No, only Ralliart exhausts work on the Ralliarts. Go to Lancershop they have about 10-15 different exhausts for our car.
