updated ECM Recall and Tuning

I had some work done on the car and they flashed the new ECM update. I want to flash back to the new GST basemap. ECUflash says I don't have the definitions for this ECU image (now that it's updated). Can I just flash the GST map right to the ECU without this file? Or, is there a place that someone has the updated ECU definitions? I can't seem to find it anywhere, or at goldenevo. I want to make sure I can flash back to this "new stock" setting before I flash the 31.003.

I can't read the ROM, but goldenevo says it is ROM ID 5590011. I can't find that number in the drop down.
