Yes, After you relocated the battery you will have enough room for it. :)
Keep us posted on your battery relocating process.
Pics of the progress will be great.

Will do with the pics and progress. And my only problem is I kaled injen and they sounded confused cuz they said it will not fit because the x turbo is located in a diffrent way comparied to the RA. And I'm guessing the uicp should be fine to

They are confused it not located in a different way. Its just bigger Twin Scroll Turbo. Turbo Inlet & Outlet elbow is slightly different but that shouldnt matter you r not swapping out the turbo just Intake mod.
Only thing that in the way is your Battery for your intake.
after relocating your battery (biggest pain in the ass) its just making sure you tighten everything so you dont have a boost leak.
You need EVO X FMIC for EVO X UICP to meet right because RA UICP is longer since RA FMIC is smaller.
What UICP r u running?

I have stoc intercooler and pipeing. I thought it was a direct fit I didn't know that. I seen pix and seens that the injen pipe does not go all the wai down to intercooler its just the top piece. ( This is so stressing)

I had the Ultimate Racing UICP from my Evolution X mated to the stock RA intercoller, no problem. Just need a longer hose from icp to intercooler. I've since gotten the X intercooler. Either way works fine.

also injen was saying something about how their intakes come tuned and if u i put the evo x intake on the ra it might not work right...im gettting a custom tune done anyway so should it matter
Im just saying If you're upgrading UICP you might as well upgrade the FMIC. Since RA FMIC is so small & doesnt work well.
You can get a longer hose & try to make it work.
Be extra careful about boost leak.
You might even take it to a shop for boost leak test after.
Almost everybody that upgraded UICP & FMIC had boost leak & didnt run right.
It can be done & done right. Good luck. Keep us posted.

well right now im not ready to upgrade the intercooler..just plan on doing intake bov and uicp..and a tune...i just need to be 100 percent positive the injen sri for the evo x sill fit with no problems like injen said
also injen was saying something about how their intakes come tuned and if u i put the evo x intake on the ra it might not work right...im gettting a custom tune done anyway so should it matter
lol intake come tuned? they're just trying to make some money off you..
How can it come tuned unless you've supplied them your ECU. or they come with Tuned ECU along with Intake. This is funny when sales people trying to tell you anything to make the sale.
Anytime you mod you RA or Evo X you should/must Custom tuned for AFR which is heart beat of our engine. From what I've read intake mod with stock RA FMIC wont make more power. Just hot air which will cause the engine to knock & custom tune will adjust AFR to get rid of the knock & you're back to where you've started.
I would save money on Intake until bigger Turbo & FMIC, after that you'll be saving money for TC-SST upgrade. MONEY & more money. But you should if you really want to spend that kind of money buy all your parts first & have it installed all at the same time & tuned, save you money on tune with every upgrade.
Be Careful about RA FMIC & EVO UICP with "longer hose" I've heard from a friend his ICP keep popping off. dont just go to hard ware store & expect it to hold up under boost.

I wouldnt feed into the injen pretuned intake. On Evolutionm there has been alot of discussion about this, and people tested afr with the so called pre tuned intake on different RAs and diff mods, no bueno. Either way, you can never go wrong getting a tune after intake.
