Will I gain any additional power by upgrading to Injen's upper intercooler piping? The only other mod I've done is an HKS centerpipe as a prelude to an axelback exhaust.

No power gains for that. Maybe better throttle response because you are doing away with the stock balloon hose, but even that is debatable.
