this thread is just running tally of mods & parts, as I see it I update this thread. yes you should do the same in this thread so we have a starting point.
But for specific part & review should be done in a thread of its own. So everybody can chime-in.

^^Plus that shifter has a shift grip lever (Red lever) to pull the ring up. Instead of pulling the ring up like we do now. Its personal preference.:)

Can anyone please confirm for me, that the stock steering wheel that's on the 2009 RA I bought last week is the same one that's stock on the Evo X? I need to put a cover on this wheel to thicken it up, it feels like a quarter after leaving the casinos! All the generic steering wheel covers I'm finding are for 14 1/2" diameter and up, and I'm not sure I want to go the lace up root, but even then it seems I need to know the size. I've seen size codes like AX and AXX smfh iDunno I figure it would be easier to find a cover that's known to fit an Evo then a RA because when you search under "car make/model" on these sites the RA isn't a option just "lancer" like that means anything. ...besides I think I like that Rexpeed center wheel cover...also made for the Evo. I read a couple early reviews of the RA and it was said tohave same SW as the Evo X but before I go spending money on something I can't return, I'd like to be sure. Any help be appreciated, and sorry for the blah blah blah but this starting to frustrate me.

As for the wheel, I'm pretty sure the circumference of the X and RA wheels are the same. However, the steering wheel controls are different. The use of google images helps! :cool:

I would of been interested but since several people backed out of the last group lip buy I finally gave up and ordered one off of Ebay and it's less than 99 dollars and it's made of Urethane so it won't crack or break too easy on bumps or because of the cold.

Jack, Thats not gonna be a bolt on fit, you gonna have to modify it to fit...

This is the pic of the fwd lancer, lower part of the front bumper doesnt have the same contour lip like the Ralliart.

The one pictured is for an Evo X. Because X's front ends are wider, this lip will not fit.

While looking through their website, they only offer products for the X. In fact, the either distribute Rexpeed products, or they are Rexpeed as I've seen the same pictures on Rexpeed's website.

Well what can I say I checked their compatibility chart and there it was 2009 ralliart, besides any aftermarket body part usually needs some altering to fit. I will be having a body shop put it on so they can figure out how to make it work. Wish me luck.

I post a link to something on Ebay then there are comments because someone looked only at a generic picture they have of a lower trim level Lancer then say its not going to fit. then someone else posts about parts from a different site completely then comments about 5 bolts versus 6 bolts.

The lip I bought was because the vender claims it fits my car and yes it might need to be modified somewhat for a proper fit and you guys might like Carbon Fiber but up here in the Ice belt Urethane Rules supreme. I am waiting for the body shop to call to have me bring in the car as they are waiting for the new front end to get in. I will follow up with pictures after the new front end and lip are painted and installed.

Um yes you are missing something lol and I understand the confusion but the lip that jrox and Mtzl is discussing is the one on the picture that MTZL had posted. Because the picture he posted has a 6 bolt instead of our standard 5 bolt on. Which Jrox posted the link that shows it is for an evoX and then MTZL found the correct RA one and posted the link for that one. Which I then quoted asking a question. lol .If you click the links you would see what we are talking about.

Sry Jackal, You gonna have to forgive me for that one I posted for Ralliart Lip is for Evo X.
If you look under the front bumper our front bumper & bottom splash guard it held together by 5 bolts (On Evo X its 6 Bolts) my mistake on jumping the gun.

But I posted another one that is for our Ralliart. As seen in the picture, only thing is it may be a knock off. Than again We dont know if Japan outsource.
