Is it just me or am I the only one that feels turning on your wipers and activating the wash spray while in motion should be illegal/criminal/outlawed/removed????

Ok, this bring me to share my story on spray!

I was driving in the middle lane of three lane road.
A lady in a Lexus IS is on my left side & Honda accord on my right.
It had been raining but rain stopped & i had my window rolled down half way.
As we started moving she rolled over a big as puddle that lexus right front wheel sent all that nasty puddle of water into my car on my face & clothes! Boy was I mad! I had road rage sped up & got to work pissed off.
But now I can laugh about it.
