^ WHY? GOT money burning a whole in your pocket?
There are plenty of stuff that will make your RA look better than under glow.
Yes any red light besides tail lights are illegal.
But its your Ralliart, do want pleases you.

I used to have windshield wiper fluid nozzle with the red lights, Got pulled over on the test drive after installation. lol.

If you gonna do it have a switch to turn on & off.
Turn it on when you're not on the street (ie track)

Personally I wouldnt waste my money on that...

i dont know, i think its just a phase that will quickly pass by. i mean i do think im some aspects its cool, but i guess it isnt worth hiding it from the cops, im already running smoked tails and illegal license covers :D

if you want to do some lighting mods that you won't phase out, replace all interior bulbs with LEDs. i have ultra white LEDs all around and interior, with a 6LED purple interior dome light that only turns on when you get in/out of the car.

FAIL. Pure and utter FAIL.

Underglow is not cool unless you follow the NOPI circuit or live on the East Coast. Please spend your money on something more productive.

Suggestions:
- Lower your car with a set of quality springs
- Purchase a complete, name brand exhaust system
- COBB Access Port
- Send Blaze 5 dollars
- Swap your RA wing for an EVO X wing
- Start saving for a nice set of wheels/tires
- Carbon front lip from CarbonTrix looks nice
- Send Blaze 10 dollars
- Window Tint
- Pay for a track day ang go enjoy your car
- Do some engine mods like and upper IC pipe or Evo FMIC

^LMAO.
Go to the track stock & learn to drive your RA at the half its potential than full if you're confident.

I did under glow on my civic when I was just out of high school with a real good sound system. Every now and then I have a weak moment and want to do that to my car, but then I snap myself out of it. The first step is admitting to the problem, the second step is getting help. Help in the form of a track day or a good boost in HP for your car. I partly blame watching knight rider as a child and seeing it change into super pursuit mode with all the red glow. I've since learned to separate fantasy from reality.

But if you want to do underglow, I won't hold against you. :D
