Hey guys, I have a Tsudo Evo X/RA test pipe with cel fix that I either want to sell or trade for a high flow cat. Mine has only been on the car for 5k miles and is in very good shape, it's practically new. Lemme know what you got, any offer is appreciated! I'm in SOCAL and want local purchase or trade only!

Just wondering, why?

I've gotten pulled over too many times and tagged with an over loud exhaust violation. I've gotten it decibel tested and it's well below the 95 mark, just wanna have the same power output without having to worry about swapping my stock cat back on all the time.

Yeah Cali sucks when it comes to modifying your vehicle . I got stopped twice in the same week :(. First by a CHP who gave me a ticket for violation code 27151 A which is a over loud exhaust. And second by a Sheriff for violation code 27150 A which I think is a modified exhaust. Anyhow I got to have a state referee smog and decibel test it to make sure it's all legal and what not. Gonna have my college do it since my buddy is the referee there :D Test pipes and down pipes are good for performance gains but suck on the legal side.

So I went back to utilizing my stock cat; for now. So I'm gonna go ahead and try to sell my testpipe. It fits both the Evo X/RA, it retails for roughly $150 new so I think $100 for it is fair. It's the Tsudo 3 inch resonated testpipe with CEL fix for those that didn't catch it earlier. Only used it for about 5k miles, and it's in very good condition (practically new). I'm in SOCAL, so a local pickup/meetup is preferred. Gonna post pics as soon as I get a chance.

He is interested. All you gotta do is take a trip to UPS, UPS should be able to box that thing up... Im sure he'll pay for shipping. Right? larmyca?

I know how the shipping process works. :D Anyhow if he'll pay for the shipping I don't see why it can't be done. I have had a few interests down here in SOCAL though.

I am getting a new intake, down pipe and tune in the next week or so, maybe I should hold off on the test pipe?

Imo I suggest you make the turbo breath easier prior to tune...downpipe to stock cat to stock exhaust is restrictive..

I have full I/C kit, turbo back, and cosworth drop in, im only pending my bov now prior to tuning.

I have a Borla exhaust, so r u suggesting I do replace the cat with a less restrictive mid-pipe/test pipe? in addition to the new downpipe and intake?

Mid pipe? Your Borla exhaust isn't catback?

yes it is - I guess I was referring to the test-pipe as the midpipe - sorry I am much more familiar with older cars, what I was wondering was should I replace the cat too?
