Cat Back Exhaust/Window Tinting Question

Hello,

Can I put an UR cat back exhaust on my 09 Ralliart without getting it tuned?

Also for those of you who have gotten your windows tinted, did the tint shop put a felt stip on the inside window to keep the tint from scratching?

from what I have heard no tune is needed with a catback exhaust. It will help tho

They put a felt strip on mine but the glue that they used got on my windows FOR WEEKS AFTER...so im not sure if it was such a good ideaRRRRRR

I just got mine tinted! no felt strip!

Cat back with no tune is no problem. If you monkey with the intake, then you need a tune.

the best way to avoid scratching your tint film is to........

......once a week , roll the windows all the way down.

with a soft cloth clean the surface of the window strip.

dirt gets stuck on that strip and scratches the film when the windows are run up and down.

also..............clean your windows often.

I watch the guy tint my windows He didnt add anything additional just tint film.
Stock window components are still there. He did tell me not to roll my windows down for 48hrs. Now its fine no scratches. All window trims are still there nothing removed or added on. :)
