downpipe and high flow cat

heys guys im gettting my exhaust soon, borla cat back, and im also buying a UR downpipe, and UR high flow cat. i wont get the cat back for a while and ill be installing the downpipe and high flow cat first. my question is, will the addition of these 2 items change my exhaust sound/tone. louder? deeper? let me know :)

the borla cat back is 2.75 inches...the downpipe and high flow cat are 3, might lose some performance there

is .25 of an inch a big deal? what about sound though when the downpipe and high flow are on the stock
