Those are spats, not skirts. The piece you are looking at is just the carbon part. Also, it's likely not authentic, so beware of ebay.

No, it won't fit regardless. The side skirts on the evos and RAs are very different.

Yes on the front scoop and vents. Those are exactly the same as the evo/evos.

Be careful on the vents. Make sure you get a set that are actual VENTS and not "faux vents".
