Just installed the Eibach Pro Kit today. Not the final height, it settle down arround one centimeter in the next few days .
I like the ride quality, it is absolut very comfortable and very stiff in the corner as well.

i haven't done it myself, i took it to the shop and paid USD$120 for it. i think they did it with vinyl overlay.

problem is, i need the ground clearance as I get LOTS of snow in winter - is there an adjustable setup?

Not adjustable on lowering spring.
Coil-overs are adjustable.
