Measurements, do the math. If this is sitting bottomed out, go up from here to the above measurements to see how much suspension travel you have before you get into the bump stops.

And if it comes up... yes I sell the Progress Lowering Springs and the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs. The Progress springs are $190 a set. Eibach Pro-Kits are $225 a set. Buy them from the helpful answer guy :-)
Install including a 4 wheel alignment is $300

Thanks Mike! Good info.
So if we buy the progress set with your install, it'll be around $490?

Thanks Mike W@RRE for the pics & measurements.
Progressive got nice stance F&R & great price
I may have to save money for this til I can afford coil-overs. :)
That pics of RA with 19" wheel looks great! extra 1" on the wheel to compensate for the 1" drop is beautiful. I like it!

If you notice the rear of the Eibach and Progress end up in about the same place. The front is the main difference. Progress gets you the rake, Eibach Pro-Kit gets you less driveway scrapeage.

Whoa, the Works springs are low.
Here is my car as it sits now. Progress Springs on 18" Volks. The front is spaced up about 3/8" to pass the Redline Time Attack 3.5" minimum clearance rule. There are a couple points on the front plastic undertray that were a little low so I had to get the front up a little. Eibachs would not have been a problem for the RTA Enthusiast and Street Class rules.

wait so does this mean that the pro kits which say they drop the car 1.4 or whatever, only drop the car like .5?

I have been looking at these springs from day 2 of ownership and a friend telling me about the set. Being my background as a mechanic (non-cars) I have tendency to double check, call up and ask questions to the manufacture and what not. I called Eibach a few mins ago to find out the deal.. why is it only showing a .5" drop from ground to fender. When I tryed to get past the sales guy and talk to a tech guy but I was put on hold and he came back on saying he talked to a tech guy. What I did find out thru the grape vine there is: First they have been getting a lot of calls about it concerning the drop. He said the front oem bump stops need to be replaced with the ones in the kits. The rears use the oem factory bump stops. He also said from the center of the rim/axle to he fender, factory springs measure 12.7" front and rear 12.4". The Eibach springs when installed will give the measurement 11.5" front and 11.2 rear distance from center of axle/rim to fender.
So to see if this info was correct I will go check...... I just got back inside and confusion has set in. From center rim to fender I get front 16" rear 15". Overall from ground to fender, the same 27" the pictures show. So, in my professional opinion, they are using the most dramatic but truthful difference in distance, but in the real world of things... its a .5 noticeable drop from road to fender.

Yea, but all in all I might get them. That or a set of swifts...I do a lot of digging before I do stuff. So, just use my words as 2 cents that you heard.

With the progress springs can everything be aligned correctly? Is a camber kit needed? Thanks!

Yesterday I installed TEIN springs and the car dropped 1 1/2-1 3/4. Car sits very nice. Clears railroad tracks at 40 mph just fine. I'll post some pics up shortly.
