Yes, it would. Certain jobs will not hire you if you r dirty. but there are always a way around things.

this is for taxing & to profits the state.
The point of the whole thing is to make the people work/pay for the state expenses but its not legal federally. So they can still make money both ways.
Kinda like a cop that sell drugs. Bust you with it & resale. Perfect crime & business.

How do you tax something thats grow naturally??? What about other plants & tree. Sry Im against taxing & more fee. State need to control themselve & all the high paid controllers need salary cap. Not keep increasing tax. tax is outrageously high... no pun intended.
