Revving problems

Hi every one will I'm new to the Mitsubishi community,will the reason for this post because my2010 ralliart is revving when I'm driving like when it's at 2000 RPMs it's revving down not much but you can hear it,I hope some one can help me with this I would really appreciate it thank you for your help.
